Height & packing guide — Triathlon Easyfit
Under 5'11" (180cm)
Wheels and pedals only. Bars, seatpost, and hydration can stay in place.
5'11" to 6'3" (180–190cm)
May need to lower the seatpost or remove the rear derailleur. Allow 10–20 extra minutes.
Over 6'3" (190cm)
Likely need to shorten TT bars and lower/remove seatpost. Contact us if unsure.
Premium Plus — all heights
Handlebars, wheels, and pedals must always be removed. Seatpost can usually stay.
Weight tips
⚖️ A typical road bike packed in the Premium Plus comes in around 20–22 kg total — well within most airline limits. A TT bike in the Easyfit is similar, around 21–23 kg.
👕 Soft kit (race suits, wetsuits, shoes) can go inside the Easyfit around the bike frame to pad it and save luggage space — but not inside the Premium Plus with the bike.
🏠 Weigh your packed box at home before you leave. A bathroom scale works fine — weigh yourself, then weigh yourself holding the box, and subtract.
